・Choose 1 from 4 theme songs (we look forward to your original arrangement of the theme song!)
・You can add your original song (only 1 song)
・When you post the video, please tell us “own name (personal name,group name, nickname, etc.)“, “city(country)”, “song(s) title”, “comment”
・We are preparing other types of scores, if you need, we will provide you
・On the day of the SETOCOM (October 3), we will prepare various types of awards
・By posting the video, you can participate in the Okayama International Music Festival 2020 project in Japan!

Reminder about COVID-19 protection

Please note that each participant is responsible for his/her own safety when shooting the video.
Please take the following precautions and do everything necessary to protect yourself from contracting or spreading COVID-19. Online recording and mixing for bands are requested.
・Avoid closed spaces for practice and shoot video
・Wear a surgical mask when you practice, wash hands thoroughly and disinfect
・Ensure social distance, circulate the air, and avoid using the same microphone
・Know the contact information of participants and videographers, etc.

Rules

・Prohibited matter
The works of the following matter is prohibited.
We will regard as having agreed to the following matter at the time of posting video.
(1) Infringe or may infringe the copyright or other rights or benefit of third parties
(2) Defamate an individual or groups
(3) Violate the enter outline, methods and rules
(4) Organizer judged as inappropriate video
(5) Seriously endanger public order and morals
・We will properly manage the personal information of participants
・We cannot answer inquiries about selection results such as award changes
・Organizer can modify, add, delete or change the reward contents and these rules
・The final interpretation of these rules belong to the organizer
